Las medidas de fuerza tomadas por el gremio afectan principalmente al servicio de todos los usuarios de la provincia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediante la Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 580-MTYE-2023, se declara ilegal la medida de fuerza iniciada por el Sindicato de Obras P\u00fablicas del d\u00eda 7 de julio al 10 de julio inclusive, del corriente a\u00f1o, m\u00e1s las que contin\u00faen por tiempo indeterminado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Espec\u00edficamente, el texto confirma que el gremio no expuso presupuestos f\u00e1cticos o jur\u00eddicos que respondan a un inter\u00e9s colectivo o gremial.
